Metroport Meals On Wheels (MMOW) provides home-delivered meals in thirteen northeast Tarrant and southern Denton county communities. MMOW also coordinates luncheons and activities for active seniors at the senior centers in Colleyville, Haslet, Justin, Roanoke, Southlake and Watauga. Senior Centers also schedule social events including day trips, bingo and other activities. MMOW's resale shop, Sadie's Dry Goods, New and Used, in Roanoke, generates revenue to provide meals regardless of the participant's ability to pay.

You can help by volunteering
- Home-delivered meals - Drivers are needed to deliver noon meals Monday through Friday and Saturday in most areas. Meals are prepared at a restaurant in the community. Drivers pick up meals at the restaurants. It takes about 1˝ hours to deliver the meals. Drivers are usually scheduled to deliver meals once a month.
- Senior Center luncheons - Volunteers assist with craft activities, games and food service. Luncheons are held weekly, volunteers can schedule as time allows.
- Sadie's Resale Shop - Volunteers needed to staff the resale shop Tuesday through Saturday. Volunteers work a 2 hour shift between 9:30 a.m. and 5 p.m. Volunteers may schedule weekly or monthly as time allows.
- Special Events - Volunteers are needed to work on the Golf Tournament Committee. Volunteers are needed to work the day of the Golf Tournament in June. Volunteers are needed to work on the Classic Café dinner in the fall.
