Client Eligibilty & Referrals
Mission and Vision
MMOW is a grassroots volunteer advocate for the elderly and those in need through home-delivered meals, senior center lunch and activity programs and other support services. We are “neighbors helping neighbors” working to alleviate hunger, isolation, and loneliness in our communities, and to foster the independence, worth, and dignity of each individual we serve.
We provide home-delivered meals to seniors and those who are unable to cook for themselves and are home-bound. We do not have any age or income restrictions. A person regardless of age who may be recovering from an accident or illness is elgible for our meal program. An inability to pay for the meals is not a barrier either. There is no waiting list or red tape involved in signing up for meals in our service area.
We encourage referrals from family members, friends, neighbors, and those in the health care industry.
Please contact Darlene Terpening at 817-491-1141 to inquire about meal delivery.
