H.E.A.T.
Healthy Eating And Treats
Robyn Ryan, TCCC delivers H.E.A.T.

The heat of summer can be a strain for our homebound. The community is encouraged to help beat the H.E.A.T. by donating individual meals of can soups, stews and vegetables. Other excellent donation choices include individual servings of cereal, low sodium V8, cereal bars and small cans of fruit. Snack-size servings of raisins and prunes are also welcome. (Remember to check the expiration date before you donate.)
